Logline:
A moonshine runner-turned-dirt track racer and his high school sweetheart, a rising country music star, reunite in their small Southern hometown—rekindling old flames and chasing new dreams while navigating the chaos of love, ambition, and their wild pasts.

About the Short:
Dirt Track Honeymoon is a proof-of-concept short film and music video shot in Atlanta, Georgia, in October 2024. Directed by Brendan Davis and written by Stan Ruszkowski, Seth Slick, and Brendan Davis, the short captures the spirit of the feature-in-development and features an original song of the same name—written, performed, and mixed by Davis, with Indigo Wylde on vocals and Rickey Shenkmen on drums, produced by Davis and Alex Buhlig, now available on all major platforms. The lyric video and full short film are currently streaming on YouTube.

The project was produced by Seth Slick, Jordan Brown, Jason Dolan, Naeem Seirafi, and Brendan Davis, with Stan Ruszkowski executive producing for Ruszkowski Entertainment.

Feature in Development:
The feature-length version of Dirt Track Honeymoon is currently in development, with plans to shoot in and around Georgia. Brendan Davis will direct from a screenplay co-written with Stan Ruszkowski and Seth Slick. Producers include Ruszkowski, Slick, and Davis, with Stan Ruszkowski also serving as Executive Producer through Ruszkowski Entertainment.
